Powerful. Aromas of blackberries, currants, vanilla and cedar predominate, while the bouquet is enhanced by deep flavors of  black cherry and spice.

Fully mature now, this wine has good fruit and a well resolved tannic structure.

This is a fully mature, beautifully balanced Cabernet vintage, which displays a more graceful, harmonious version of this varietal in our terroir than most other vintages. Complex in aroma and flavor, silky in texture, and elegant with its subtle nuances. Do not miss out on this charmer!

Complex nose, with oak, hint of musk, black-cherry concentrate; full bodied, very concentrated, pure flavors, sturdy, muscular, reserved, and austere,acid and tannins very present; good length, bitter chocolate finish.

Our first experiment with "Bordeaux-style" winemaking methods, which by now have become our standard. Dark, powerful, very dense and rich, this wine shows an enormous concentration of fruit. It is now near full maturity, but will keep evolving for many years

Full bodied and rich, with complex flavors of cherry, nutmeg, chocolate and herbs. On the palate it is gentle and velvety, with surprisingly soft underlying tannins and a long, luscious finish. One of our most balanced Cabernet Sauvignons ever!

Deep, saturated color to the rim. A gorgeous, deep, ripe red fruit bouquet (berry, cherry, & plum) with the telltale mineral notes of our Renaissance terroir, and cocoa powder. Plummy. Rich, ripe, smooth, jovial. Soft, with an uplift of spice and focus ending on a mineral note. Textured, inviting, sensuous, deep dark velvet.

Color: medium straw yellow. Nose: big, open, with good varietal character: honey, tropical fruit, minerals and smoke. Palate: medium-full bodied; rich, smooth texture; very complex flavors of ripe fruit, nuts, minerals and yeast. Long mineraly finish.
